Jane, Is there any type of a utility that can do this? Like a renaming utility? that would make things so much easier. In addition, I wonder if it might not be quicker and easier just to download the books to the computer, doctor on them then load them in to the braillenote? Seems to me it might save some work! <smile> Isaac
