I kind of think there is a problem with Version 6 with sending e-mails and thank you for reminding me about this. Anyway I talked to Carl Simmons a couple of months ago about thisand he said that a 6.01 for the pk was supposed to be released to fix this problem. Unless I am missing something here, Unless this upgrade has been released, It is a known bug.

Subject: [Braillenote] sending email

Hi All,

You might remember that I told you about my problem sending email with my PK
while on vacation in Kentucky. I stated that, although it didn't happen
very often when I was down there, that two or three times when I would try
to send a message, the PK would just sit at the sending 1 message and stay
there until I did a warm reset.

Well, I had that problem again today with one of my messages. So, if I was
blaming it on being out in the country with the poor reception on my cell
phone, guess I was wrong. I had gotten an email from a friend, and the
email came from his HotMail address. I said I wanted to reply to the sender only, wrote my message in grade two, left his original message included and
then tried to send the email. I tried three or four times, using my cell
phone with both its dial-up and GPRS connection, then finally gave up and
deleted the message. I didn't think to try to send it with my wireless
connection. And, oh, yes, when I changed the send to field such that I was
having the reply go back to myself rather than to him, I couldn't send it
back to myself, either.

No problem, though, as thankfully once again the reset after each sending
attempt didn't make my flash disk disappear.
