Hi All,
I too, want to take a minute to thank the PDI staff for their excellent and
most curteous service. During the NFB convention I took my BNBT (which is
only 2 months old) up to the PDI repair suite at the Marriott Hotel since it
had been experiencing some difficulties with the Flash Disk. I was asked to
leave my unit overnight so that the technician (Morris Sloan) could track
down and repair the problem, which turned out to be a bad Flash Disk. When I
retrieved my BN it had been repaired, all my backed-up files had been
replaced, and it had been upgraded to the newest version of KeySoft 5.1.19
to 5.1.22. Also, whenever I stopped by the PDI booth in the exhibit hall I
was greeted by a friendly knowledgable person who seemed well-informed about
the product (bn/bn pk etc.), or the service (software SMA agreement, which
was $230.00 on compact disk). What a wonderful product the BN is, and it is
an extreme pleasure to know that the PDI people are truly listening to us,
the users of their product.
GREAT WORK PDI
Most cordially yours,
Albert Sanchez
