I tend to agree with you here! I think we tend to hear more of the
problems that people have on this list but I tend to think you and I are
more in the majority than in the minority. I do feel for those who haven't
received their upgrade to date even though it was paid for some time back.
I usually wait till an upgrade is out before I purchase it. I figured I
was going to be the one who would be waiting but I had my upgrade a week
after ordering it. Had to wait for my BN to return from getting a battery
changed. That took at least a week and a half. I really can't complain
myself! Everything seems to be working quite well with my unit.

with me.
At least we aren't being charged as Jonathan has so steadily pointed out
countless times, for a brand-new unit as those with the other name-brand
pda were.
