Hi All, Yes, I agree about not trying any other chargers, as one wouldn't want to risk voiding their warranty.
As for the PK always saying 100% while the AC is connected, according to the PK manual, that is normal. And, too, if memory serves, it was stated on the list that there was no need/benefit in calibrating the battery on the PK. In fact, in the updated manual on the Humanware web site, battery calibration is no longer mentioned. I learned this after spending hours letting mine talk all the way down, so I'm not upset at all that I won't be doing that anymore. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Terri Goodrich" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, April 24, 2005 4:39 PM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] slight problem charging Hi John, First of all, I wouldn't try any other charger. Second of all I do not have a PK, but I do have a braillenote and I think it would be the same for both. Do you know how to check if your PK is calibrated accurately? Let me know and I'll help you further if you need help, but that's what I would suggest to do that if it is not accurate, then you havbe to recalibrate it.
