Josh, Window-eyes and the Braille Note used as a Braille Display work extremely 
well together.
I am not sure but I don't think you can do jaws with the Braille Note as a
Braille Display which we won't get into here.
But I have used the Braille display with Window-eyes and it works beautifully.
