Lisa,

If there are two copies of a document, you have to type in the extension of the
document you want to insert, so the BN will know which document it is you want.
Alternatively, you could go through the list of documents to find the document
you are looking for. In another e-mail I sent about this, I explained what
views needed to be used to enter extensions if you wanted to type them in. If
you went through the list and selected a document by pressing ENTER on it when
you were on that particular document in the list, the BN would know which
document you wanted to insert. However, if you are typing in the document
name, and you have two copies of the document, you have to use the document's
extension, so the BN knows which of the two copies you want to insert. KeyWord
Braille documents (when you press [SPACE with I], [READ with I] to find out
Information about the document when you are on that document in the list, it is
referred to as a Braille document) have an extension of .kwb, KeyWord Text
(referred to as Text Document in Information) have a .kwt extension, plain
Braille files have a .brf or .braille extension, Microsoft Word documents have
a .doc extension, WordPerfect 5.1 documents have a .wp5 extension, HTML files
have a .htm extension, ASCII text documents have a .txt extension, and Rich
Text Format documents have a .rtf extension. HTH.
