isn't the 0 margin for brailling? I thought the print set-up was about an
inch on each side.
Rhonda?
(just kidding, anyone's answer will help me, too)

Subject: [Braillenote] printing maybe translation issues

Hi Listers,
Okay as usual I thought the BN would perform its "magic" for me and print
like it was supposed to. Of course it didn't which leaves me frustrated. I
resolved the problem but I don't understand it.
Here's what I did.
I created these files originally as keyword braille files. Then I saved
them as keyword text files.
I thought I was supposed to print the keyword text files how wrong I was.
The right margins were cut off the the words were cut off on the right
margins. The right margin was set to 0. So were the top, the bottom, and
the left margins all set to 0. Also the printed copy had the word used as
ksed how weird. So I printed the braille keyword files and they worked!
The only problem is some of the files the printed page start halfway down
the page which of course looks unprofessional. These aren't college papers
they are reports for work. I don't print a lot at work but somehow when I
print it shouldn't have to always be some frustrating process that leaves me
never wanting to print again.
Any guidance anyone can provide would be helpful. Sorry if I seem whiny.
I'm sure the BN did what I asked it to do.
Maybe I should have translated the files to text files but I thought the
whole point of saving keyword braille files as other file types was so the
user could bypass the issue of having to translate the file. I am guessing
I'm missing something but I'm not sure what.
Thanks for your time and your assistance.
Lisa
