Hi Sue and Laura,

Laura, while you are correct in that there is minimal battery drain even
when the unit is switched off because of the real-time clock, you are not
correct in saying that the contents of the flash disk will likely be lost
if the battery is allowed to go totally flat.  This is not the case, and is
in fact why the User's Guide recommends that you store your documents on
the flash disk and not the KeySoft System disk as the flash disk is
non-volitile storage.
