Oh when they get finished repairing it. It was in a queue which should be no surprise to any of us and they said it should go out on thethird of November.

Subject: [Braillenote] Existing Braille Notes and the new Braille Display:

Hi guys!
Ok before this thread of the new braille display and older braille notes
goes one step farther, here is what I just found out.
Since mmy Braille Note is currently still in California, I asked the
service
department how much it would cost to replace the Braille display with one
of
the new ones.
The woman who was lovely asked me to wait and she put me on hold and when
she came back she said that at this time, they did not replace the braille
displays in the older units.
This is what Jonathan said when news of this Braille Display came out.
So as far as I am concerned, that's fine. I can very nicely live with my
current Braille Display.
So that is what I heard from the horse's mouth and is what I am passing
along to the rest of you.
