In my case, as explained in another message, bank loans, lines of credit on credit cards. I also use the credit union where I work. Trust me, I work for every penny I spend on equipment and justify much of it for lone purposes as a job-related expense to get the loan. I have never had trouble finding the money if I truly wanted it,.
