That isn't quite correct. Use dots 4-6 if you are underlining words or sentences in a braille document. Dots 4-6 stands for underline, bold and italics.
Dots 4-5-6 is the symbol used in computer braille when you are writing an email or web address. If you are underlining four or more words in a braille document, two signs go before the first word and one before the last word. If you are underlining 3 words or less, one sign goes before each word. If you plan to emboss the document, you'll have to do it according to the braille rules.
