Hi Mary Ellen!
If you are using the bn itself, that is, if you are connecting the bn to the
internet and going into web braille, do the following--
1. Goto the book you want to download.
2. Open the book, then press space with s.
You will get the "Save in which folder? press enter for general." prompt. I
don't know why this is the case, as in other cases, the bn assumes the last
folder you saved in is the default folder, but when saving a book, the bn
always assumes the general folder on the flash disk as the default.
You can change this by pressing the backspace key. (I am using a bt model, and
I don't know the qt commands.)
3. You will then be asked, (if you changed drives) to save in which folder.
4. Choose the folder you want, or choose the sub directory you want by
pressing space with t at the "Save in which folder?) prompt.
5. You will then be asked to name the file.
6. Do this and be sure to add the .brf extension at the end of your file name.

The bn should then save the book after you press enter.
Actually, you have to save one volume at a time, and this can be a pain,
especially if you have a ten volume book!
