Yes, you're downloading too many emails. Connect to activesync after doing a sdf reset and wipe the flash disk.

Subject: [Braillenote] Email not responding

This is something that isn't a really major concern for me, as I don't do
email on the BN, but it is still something I would like to know why.

I have Keysoft version 5.1 and a Braillenote Qt.

I attempted to use my braillenote to check mail last summer, and discovered
very quickly that it wouldn't work. After downloading over five hundred
messages, it froze, and I had to do a reset.

Now for the challenge.

The next time I opened the Email, feature, and picked "Read email" it said
"Process was completed successfully" and put me back at the main menu. This
also happens if I decide to pick "Write an email". I get the same exact
thing, and it doesn't do anything, just beeps a bit and then gives me that
lovely nondescript message.

So as you can imagine I haven't been using the email on it.

now for my questions.

1. Should I be really concerned about this. The rest of the Unit works like
it should and works great.
2. Will the upgrade to Keysoft 6.1 fix this little challenge? That is when
I get it, whenever that will be?
3. And what caused it to act that way, could that be the sign of a virus,
and why can't I access any mail or the like? Or even empty the trash?

I have done numerous hard and soft resets since the problem started and I
even upgraded to keysoft 5.1 and yet the email problem still exists.

Has anyone experienced this strange behavior?
