Oh Laura isn't that the truth?
Remember when my Braille Note totally died and within about 3 weeks how many
others of them started going funny?
I tell you these machines have grinches in them.

Hi Rhonda and Robert:
Robert, first, you should reinstall your current version of keysoft as
Rhonda earlier suggested to me because I have a sneaky suspicion that that
product key issue won't disappear. Funny how, like the "cannot run this
version of keysoft" message, as soon as it's brought up on list it starts
happening to other people. I'm beginning to believe that perhaps our
units get funny ideas from our subject lines. LOL.
Second, to both Rhonda and Robert, this cf issue also happened to me when
I was having this product key problem. It is not an issue of the folders
being gone, nor do the files need to be copied somewhere else. I don't
really see how that could be done anyway since it appears Robert cannot
access his folders. If you haven't already, remove the cf card until you
get the "card removed" message. Then, reinsert the card and see if your
folders have reappeared.
If not, upon reinstalling my current version of keysoft my cf drive began
working correctly again.
GOOD LUCK! Laura

Hi, Robert:
If you go in to the File Directory, press Read with X, because most
generally, it will show you what files you have. It's funny, sometimes,
when you can't see them, you can still copy them in to a different spot,
erase the original ones, and move them back. I've had this happen to me,
and they just don't show up, until I copy them somewhere else. Good luck
to
you.
