Richard, You are right on target as far as I'm concerned. What's really unfortunate too is that this theme has to be repeated every month or so it seems.
Maybe we could automate the process and have the server send out your message about every 30 days. I simply don't feel that the Braillenote was ever intended to handle the kind of email traffic that some are attempting to download.
