I'm getting a new keyboard because a few keys on my qwerty braille note
havedeposited themselves somewhere between my house and the Arizona desert.
The pk will probably be called Firestone because when my gps part of it gets
here it will be where my rubber soles meet the road.

Hi Mary Ellen and list,
I just called technical support last Friday because my Braille display was
acting up and they told me that they have more people working there now.
Believe it or not, my hold times have seemed to shorten in the last few
weeks, but maybe that's just me. Out of curiosity, why are you getting a
new keyboard? And have you named your PK yet (grin)?

What happened to Dean?
Anyway it is a positive outrage that Rhonda's Voicenote or Braille Note
came
back like that. I would write Dr. Russell Smith about this because
clearly
the tech support out in California has gone down immeasurably in the last
year. I can only imagine what they will do to Ferdinand when he goes to
get
his new keyboard whenever that is. At least I have the Pk in case
something
does happened.
Never fear, Ferdinand is still being used quite a bit as my gps part of
the
pk had to be back ordered so his gps is used every morning and now we are
reading a truly excellent book by David Brinkley.
Bye y'all!
