Hi Brenda. I wasn't getting any message, it just stayed stuck. It just kept saying 0 complete, and the message size was 2891, so relatively small. I, too, had seen that delete option when hitting spacebar with H. But this time, I didn't. If I hit D, I'd get a beep. I finally had to call Earthlink and ask them to remove that message from the server, because I couldn't get any more of my mail, or send any either. Patti
