Marry Ellen,
If you want to download something from Web-braille, go to the place where it
gives you the link that gives you the long letters and numbers thing including
the volume number, I don't want to try and write it down right now for fear
I'll get it all wrong.
Anyway, when you click on this link, it opens the volume like a very large web
page.
Sometimes you can read this online and sometimes it just says "blank" or "end
of document".
Don't worry about this, it's a quirk and the volume really is there.
Then, just press space with s and you will be asked to save in which folder?.
Choose the drive, folder or directory etc.
You will then be asked the file name.
I usually use the title of the book or some part thereof as my file name and
add.brfthat is dot brf at the end without a space.
It's very important that you do this so the bn can determine what type of file
it's reading.
As for Braille Book Review, I usually download the text version of use the html
version right online to link to and immediately download books that I want.

Hth
