Ramona, I cannot at present use active sync, due to operating system limitations on my private pc. In the bn's file type choices for conversion, I couldn't locate a pwd choice. Am I missing something, or where can I find that?

KeySoft can read them. So if you convert a file in Word that was a .doc file to a .pwd file, or if you have activesync's conversion set to on, then it will convert files from .doc to .pwd and you can open these in KeyWord. Hope that answers your question.
