Milton, the service password would be a password you pick.  Make sure it's in 
computer braille.  Software compression would be set to yes.  Wait for Dialtone 
should be set to yes.  I don't know what the pop server and smtp server are, 
but Tech Support could tell you that.  Obtain an Ip address automatically 
wouldn't apply to you.  I don't think it requires a dns address, and the proxy 
server would be set to no.  Hope this helps a little bit.
