Hi Sarah, As we stated to the message from Richard R., we are talking about the times a person, or couple try to give help. Have you ever been told off-list that whomever you were trying to help would rather get their information from someone else? All we are saying is that this is a good, helpful list, if it's used properly, and we should all pull together and pool our information. As we said, there's more than one way to do many of the things in the BN, and it doesn't mean one way is more right than another. There are even some neat shortcuts!!
