Hi, Terri. I wonder if that would be a problem for Humanware? I would assume they have everyone's addresses noted at time of purchase. Some may have already been labeled and, indeed, some may have even already gone out. It seemed odd to me to read that one message where someone said the UPS driver would not deliver a package. She didn't say that that was the case only if no one was home. Of course, that might be because of the area and the possibility of theft. Sometimes, my driver, depending on who he or she is, will ring the bell and other times, the package will just be left on the dorstep. This last time and at other times, They ring the bell, but immediately head back for their truck leaving me to figure out where they left the package<grin>.

This is just a suggestion. If people want to be sure they will receive the
upgrade safely, they could have it sent to their work place instead of to
their home. That's what I did when I used to work for Exchange Bank. All
the UPS packages were delivered and signed for in my department.

Since I'm no longer working, I can't do this, but I live in a senior
apartment complex and all UPS packages are delivered to the manager's
office.
