You should be able to print to a Bluetooth printer, or a printer with a Bluetooth adapter.

Hi Diane,

This, to me, is a serious problem with the PK. I would rather be able to
print to a printer directly and save the time in
finding a computer to do it for me.

Actually, I would have to disagree with the assertion that this is a problem with PK! The whole spirit of PK is that it compliments a PC and is intended
to be used in tandem with one, but giving you the portability to work away
from that machine and then handle your data on either or both. This it does
extremely well imho. To date, I've not needed to print anything at a time
when I'm unable to synchronize with a desktop machine. In fact, thinking
about it, in my particular circumstances, I rarely want to print anything at all anyway, since even sighted colleagues normally exchange data with me in
soft copy and then they can choose to print it if they wish! I'm sure
printing is something that could easily be added to PK, and may well be at
some point, but I do have concerns that if we keep on adding functionality
to the point that we turn PK into a kind of laptop, we're in danger of going
back on the philosophy of a very small and accessible PDA by forcing PK to
grow physically to accommodate all we want to add to it! I've just checked a
friend's mainstream sighted PDA, which is pretty whizzy, and it doesn't
support direct printing - he synchronizes with a desktop machine when he
needs to do this and is perfectly happy with that approach, so we need to be
aware that our PDA isn't so very different from many mainstream
specifications.

Cheers.

Paul.
