Bob, I understand your frustrations. but do you have the maximum amount memory that the BN can accomodate? Do you remember it is a PDA not a basic computer? No PDA on the market can run a printer and print such large documents. So perhaps instead of venting your frustration on PDI and expecting a complete line of product change, perhaps you could invest $400 and get yourself a nice computer for these purposes? You could even write to bob Lanford in texas and he'll send you a fully operational computer with window eyes demo and even an email program for a mere $100! Just a mere hundred bucks could solve your problem. If you want the address, write me off list and I'll send you the info. Isaac
