I think you can translate the file into a Microsoft word document. That is what I do most of the time when I have to e-mail a file to more than one person who make use of more than one medium. I would like to insert keyword Braille files into emails. The people I will be emailing them to some people are sighted, some people use screen reaeers, some people use Braille displays, some use screen readers along with Braille displays. I would like people to be able to print out or emboss riddles in these files without having to do any cleanup work to the messages. I know how to insert files into emails. If people choose not to print or emboss the emails they can just give me feedback in the original message once again I don't want to create weird translation issues here. These are the Braille riddles I have been working on. I know a couple listers requested for them sorry I wanted to make sure I had the files translated correctly before sending them. I do know how to export a dincument as a file. If this is needed please tell me which format would be best. ! I also know how to save keyword files as other formats. As a last resort I could put the riddle files onto a disk and snail mail them but that just seems like a waste of time but if that's what I need to do then that's how life goes. Please let me know what the best way is to go about this task please and thank you. Thanks for the help with the printing issue. I didn't get a chance to print today but hopefully tomorrow I will. Thanks!
