hi Rhonda,
Thanks for this message! I am really dismayed by some of the snide remarks
that are made by some subscribers when the answer given is not one they would
give. I think when a question is asked, people who respond with an answer are
only trying to help. There's no reason to make ironic or degrading statements
about what they say. If you don't agree with their answer, then make your
suggestion. All answers may be correct, but for different reasons. That's
because a particular answer may not solve the current problem, it may be just
what you need to solve a future one. For example: although Eva's sister's
problem was solved without sending her new BN back to the factory, the
possibility existed that she may have had to do so. Try to respect everones
opinion: remember, different strokes for different folks.
I am saving all questions and answers refering to the BRAILLENOTE because I
what to be prepared to do anything which will allow me to keem my love at home
and not have to be without it for the time it takes to get it repaired.
Forgive me my wordyness and I am learning from all the answers.
   Thank you for your time,
Sammie

>First of all, I didn't save the message to reply to, and I should have.
>Charles and Sharon, it is in response to your query.
>Hopefully, we are all on this list to learn, to question, and to help. I

>correct, we all have different levels of learning, and that doesn't mean we
