Hello again,

There is a setting which enables a person to use spacebar with B to backspace 
out a character as one would do on a BNS series of products.  That feature may 
be enabled so dots 2 and 3 give one the block commands menu instead of dots 1 
and 2.  I don't know how that is changed but think it is in the documentation.  
I'm not certain what is going on with the files.  Try reading with both speech 
and braille.
