I am using the Nokia 6620 with the Talks software installed. And, although of course the speech from that does indeed help, one could memorize or write down the phone prompts and key layout and take care of a lot of things that way. That's how I did at least some of the things, changing the ringer volume and tone and turning on the infrared port, before I got this phone. And, I'm betting that is how others here did it/maybe some still do when connecting their BN and cell phone as well. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Isaac Obie" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, May 18, 2005 10:38 AM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] another email thought with the PK
Vicky, How does one turn off Bluetooth on a cellphone? This must be a talking cellphone I assume? I am wondering because I wonder if a deaf-blind person could use such a setup independently? what brand of cellphone are you using? Thanks in advance.
