Hello all,,,, I just want to say something about this in a different manner. PDI is very unappreciative of people who give them undying dedication and support. Here's Rhonda clark giving assistance to people on the list on a daily basis! she's giving them encouragement and hope! she's always there when no one else is! Including PDI staff who're sometimes days and days in answering questions! Have the people at PDI shown rhonda any appreication for her undying support? I doubt it seriously! For instance, rhonda's voicenote got broken. did PDI offer to fix it? No! It wouldn't kill them to do this because it would be helping their own cause! She's given them support, and she's given it willingly and uncomplainingly! just last week, she gave me a couple of clues about the appointment utility in the Planner. Because of this assistance, I can now make appointments easily and quickly! thank you, Rhonda!!! I am merely saying sometimes people just don't appreciate the good things in life! this is unfortunate! I can tell you that PDI won't ever find a second customer like rhonda who gives undying loyalty and suport and assistance. thank you. Isaac
