Hi Rhonda,

It just occurred to me that some of those old files your friend had might be in a directory on the 6.1 upgrade card. This may require someone who is not afraid to check things out! Perhaps contacting Dean or someone at PDI might help as well. Of course, I think you said she is about to or may have sent in her unit!
