Hello Sabahattin I am copying the appropriate Pulse Data staff on this email so they can take your feedback on board regarding the website.
I will also send the latest official BNIP config program to them to be posted on the website. However, I will comment on the ActiveSync issue you raised. From a software support perspective, there is no difference in connectivity as far as the BrailleNote is concerned, between ActiveSync 3.7 and 3.7.1. What we've found with ActiveSync 3.7.1 is that if you lose the connection and have to re-establish it for some reason, all the Windows explorer windows that were previously open, need to be closed and a new one needs to be open, before it is possible to access the attached drives, folders and files on the BrailleNote. Indeed, this is a real inconvenience as far as I am concerned and personally, I think we'd be better to leave ActiveSync 3.7 up on the website for download. Again, thanks for your thoughts which I'm now also forwarding on. Regards, Dean Jackson Customer/Technical Analyst Pulse Data International Ltd.
