Hi Khalid,

Just now found this message, so sorry.

First of all, I don't understand why each chapter is stored in a separate file,
unless this is your preference. The only way I can think of to cut down on the
monotony is to do as follows (though it will still take a considerably long
time)
1. From within keyword, enter the .brf file that holds chapter one. Use space
with dots 4,5,6 (read with b) to go to the bottom of the file. Enter the block
commands menu by hitting space with b (control with b) and hitting I to insert
a file. Select the drive and folder which your chapter files are currently
stored in. Arrow down to the file with chapter two in it, and press enter.
You will need to continually keep routing your cursor to the bottom of the
file, then entering the blocks menu and choosing the next chapter file (3, 4,
5,...) etc, until each chapter has been appended to the file which originally
housed only chapter one. Now your entire book is in one file, though
approximately twice as much space is being taken up on your flash disk or
whichever drive you're saving these files on. It may be a good idea to use
space with s (control with s) to save this new document under a separate name.

Next, exit keyword and go into the utilities menu, following the instructions
that I previously gave you. Remember that after translation, you will in
reality have three copies of your book on your unit--the thirty odd original
files which each housed a chapter, the file you created with the complete text
of the book, and the file with the translated book in it. So, it is very
important to do some housekeeping here.

Note that the reason this is a faster process is because, in theory, it should
take you less time to insert each document and translate one file than to
translate all thirty files. HTH, Laura

  Hi all,
Thanks Laura. I followed the steps you've said and I'm enjoying my time
reading in grade1.
I have a question here. Is there a way to avoid this tedious procedure
specially if I have a book that is divided to 30 chapters or more. Is there a
way to select all the chapters of a book and translate them at once?
  Thanks in advance,
  Cheers
