Hello Diane, The reason that this menu has not been fully documented, is that it was never intended for everyday use by the end user, but rather, only used when the user is obtaining support from Humanware.
Nothing will be done in the next release of KeySoft with the support menu or the associated documentation. However, I will discuss the existing status quo of this menu with the rest of the team since you have raised this point. Thank you for your contribution to the list. It's rather time consuming to have to look up all the letters and their meanings before you go in to the Support Information Mode rather than just be able to space through the list and hit Enter on the option we want to use. Can this be in the next release of Keysoft? > > If not this, then what about being able to use Help when inside the Support Information Mode to get a list of the options available? I was quite disappointed when I discovered you couldn't use it the first time I went in there to do my first recalibration using the speech. > > Thanks. > > Diane Garrett/Leader Daisy > Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Phone: (918) 664-5731 > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > >From: "Jeff Molzow" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected] > >Date: Mon, 23 May 2005 19:30:36 -0500 > >Subject: RE: [Braillenote] BrailleNote Maintenance and Service > > >Hello Shelley: > > >On my QT, I go into the options menu with alt+O then press Read+I and you > >should then have a hidden menu called the support information mode which > >you can't scroll through, but there are various letters that will activate > >different functions and pull different information.
