Ok Unfortunately, I have the qwerty version of the Braille Note and my version 1 and all the manual and quick reference commands are back in Cincinnati. You know I just remembered, I have a cd with lots of stuff from my windows 98 machine on it. Let me get back to you tomorrow after I have a look because there may be something on there about the version one. I can't promise you anything but I'll be happy to have a look for you.

I sat in the middle of my drive way with the unit facing the sky.

First of all, where are you when you get this information, inside or
outside? In version 1 you have to be outside to do just about anything on
the gps.

Subject: [Braillenote] GPS questions

Hi:
I'm using Version 1 of the GPS and am trying to get it to work. I hit dot
five space for GPS satellite info but it just says double quote. I hit g
with space and get GPS status detected but that's it. I tried dot two with space and dot three with space but get nothing. I even try space with I to
get close POI's and it just beeps. Can some one help me?
Thanks,
Sarai D. Bucciarelli
