Hi I use a blazer, so maybe I can help. Try changing the left margin to 1
in the brailleNote embosser setup. It might throw off your line spacing
though and you may have to change your page width to 31 or 30. You'll have
to play with it though. Try moving the paper on the blazer out a little bit
from where it is now so that you see more of the top of the page. Don't do
it by much but after doing this you should be able to read yoru first line,
and have less extra space at the bottom of your page. Also one thing I do
to insure that I have my margins and spacing right is to set the
BrailleNote to pause after each page that is printed. I can actually look
and see if it was printed correctly before wasting more paper. This can be
turned on from with in the embosser setup list. I hope these suggestions
are helpful. I have been using the blazer for almost 8 years now, with many
different notetakers, so if you have anymore questions I might know the
answer!

Subject: [Braillenote] Setting margins for embossing
Hi you all, got a question. I use a Braille Blazer embosser with my BN to
do some embossing, and am running into a problem with it.
The last two embossing jobs I did, there was no margin at the top of the
page, the dotsw were just a bit off the tear off strip, but not by much
and
of course this makes it really hard to read.
Also, I want to set a margin along the left side of the page so I can
punch
wholes and put the finished Braille in a binder.
It is for personal use, so don't need perfection, but right now I have an
enormous right margin and nothing for a left, the length is 32 cells, and
the page length is 25, there appears to be room at the bottom of the page.
Anyway, not sure if to make the changes with the Blazer, or with the BN.
I
have a QT by the by if this has anything to do with it.
Thanks for any help, smile.
