Sometimes getting stuff free matter doesn't guarantee something will arrive in a timely manner. Quite often an establishment will get a break on the cost of shipping depending on how much is shipped. I agree that free matter works quite well much of the time but there are times I'd rather pay extra to receive something in a timely manner.
