Here is how to access the manual from the book reader.
First I like to go into the index and look something up by name, if there's a
particular piece of information I'm after. Then I at least know what chapter
of the manual to look in.

1. From the main menu press b for the book reader
2. At the "folder name" prompt press backspace and "drive?" will appear.
3. Press space until you see "keysoft system disk" and press enter.
4. Back at the "folder name prompt, press space until you see "manual".
5. Then you have to choose the chapter you want. Press space until you see
the name of the desired chapter and press enter.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Sarah

Hi Sarah;
How do you access the manual from the book reader?
Thanks.

That is precisely why I like to use KeyBook to read the manual. If I don't
know where something is in the manual, I look it up in the index, take note
of the chapter and section numbers, go back to the main menu, then go to the
book reader and choose that chapter and section. This means I don't have to
worry about not being able to navigate as freely, and speech seems to work
great.

Terry, if you press 1-2-4-5 with the Space, does it read? I finally
think I know what you're getting at. When you see a topic, it reads it, and
stops reading. It does that, because it is the end of the subdirectory.
When you see what you want to read, press enter, or even go down a line with
dot four chord. Then, press 1-2-4-5 chord, and it will read you that
portion of the manual you requested.
