Hi Dianne,
I have found much the same thing when I had 5.1. I'd say now that a
hundred to 200 messages go through very quickly and when one starts to get
300 to 500 messages or more, the BN will become a bit sluggish. I'm very
pleased with the performance of my BN with 6.1.1.
I think my wife's problem fixed itself. She downloaded a number of
messages with her PC and downloaded more with her BN and I reset her
setting to delete messages from the server and I'd say things are back to
normal again. I took out any unnecessary configurations she might have had
in her unit. My network is the only one that will show up now and maybe
that helped, I really don't know!

Hi, Jim!
Also, if you erase email about every 10 messages, or so, the BN will pick
up speed. I'm running KS5.1 and that works quite well for me. After about
30 messages, the BN is at its normal speed and I can whip through messages
pretty fast.

think the BN works best with about 200 messages in it. Perhaps 300 isn't
bad. I had around 500 in mine and was able to act on them quite nicely!
I'm still catching up after being on the road but almost to the tail end
of things. I will download new mail once I finish all I received on the
road. My thoughts for what they are worth! Thanks for the tip.

>>Hi. She can use the mark all option. Then move all of the marked
messages to the trash. Lastly, empty the trash. I think that that is
neat that she got 800 messages in the inbox.
