Thanks so much to you all. Now I do not need to bring my laptop to my board meetings to review financial data that is supplied in Excel, once I practice what I have been taught. My Braille Note is much lighter and easier to transport.

Hi Bill:

Instead of saving the document as a text file, save it as a .csv file, which
should still be available in the dame list of available files that you would
choose the text file from. In this manner, no formatting will be lost. This
might also make it possible for you to change some of the data, if need be,
and put it back on the computer.

I have also transfered files created as word tables from the pc to the BN
with success, but you just might like the CSV option better. Plus, I believe
these files take up less room.
