You can have page numbers turned on for all documents. Go to the layout
menu by pressing control with l. Press the space bar until you get to
"print page numbers" the default is no, but press y for yes and press enter.
At the "page number position" prompt, type two letters . The first letter
should be t for top or b for bottom. The second letter should be l, for
left, c for center or r for right. Press control s to save the setting as
the defaults for all documents. Press escape and the letter y to confirm
the changes.
These same steps apply for embossing page numbers in braille documents. I
don't know the BT keyboard commands for these steps, but I'm sure it can be
done.
Warning: Your page numbers may not be preserved if you export the document
to txt, rtf, doc or wp5 formats. I don't know if this is true for Keysoft
6.x.

Shelley, the option for adding page numbers is in the layout list under
the format menu. You have to do this for each document. My unit is a BT
so can't help you with specific commands, but this should get you
pointed in the right direction anyway.
