Hi, it was very early in the morning when I wrote that email, about 3am I think
and maybe my brain was half asleep because normally I remember to five all the
information.

Firstly, I already have Keysoft 5.1 and will be upgrading to 6.1 via my SMA
when it is released. Anyway I thank you for your advice.

I'm using a Braillenote BT.

I received info from a Mr Jackson who advised me to delete the backup I'd made
(and this was the first backup I'd had problems with as I backup fairly often)
re/et my braillenote and backup again. This resolved the problem.

The problem that still annoys me is when I completely run down the battery,
recharge it and then have to re-install the spell checker, which, although I
know how to do, once I'd done this the first time, I didn't expect to have to
do it again. As I say this happens every time I completely run down the
battery. Just so that zou know what I do to the spell checker when I have
recharged after a complete discharge, I go to run programme, go into the
windows part of the system disk, run uk_bnb.exe with command line /s and then
copy the UK spelling dictionary from Keysoft directory to my flash disk. I then
do a reset. I have tried doing this with all three resets and still get the
same problem when I have completely discharged and then recharged the battery.
I hope Pulsedata can sort this out.

Cheers, Steve
