I just stick the phone in the case near where the BN's infrared port is, with the cell phone's port near it. I don't have to hold anything real steady or make sure there's an exactly straight line, etc. I was worried about the same thing before getting my phone, but it hasn't been a problem. The hardest thing for me seems to be when I for some reason don't end up at the right point in the menu to enable the IR port, or for some other reason I don't connect. Bus usually I can just turn the phone off and start over, and it works great. It's sure nice to be able to check mail when away from home and other people want to use the regular phone line to talk. (How primitive! <lol>)

Hi Peggy,
When using the BN with your phone via infrared, is it necessary to keep the phone's IR port in line-fo-sight with the BN's IR port? I've always thought it would be cool to be able to maybe ride a bus and go on-line with the BN, without the cable. THis wouldn't be possible if one had to hold the phone at a certain angle the hole time. (Grin)
Thanks,
Sarah
