Isaac, you have at least two options to accomplish this:

If you have a pc, create an ordinary txt file in something like notepad
and paste all the numbers from different locations as text into that
file. Save it as a txt file on your flash card and in which ever folder
you like. The bn will automatically recognise that it's a txt file and
will prompt you for computer Braille on opening the file with keyword.

Alternatively, using only the bn, make sure to either have the default
for new documents set to txt, or change the file type to txt when you
create a new document in keyword. Then select the text of the different
numbers via the block commands menu and if some of those are in brf
format, translate that block to text before you paste it in the new
document. Do not insert a file as such via the block commands menu,
unless you are sure that the file you insert was a txt document.

When you have inserted the text from all different sources into the new
file, save it via the exit command and it will be saved in ascii format.

Isaac, you can export. I don't know if you're doing it from the PK or
what.
When you have gone to File Manager, press T, then E. You will be asked
what
file you want to export. When you select that, you will see "export to
which device"? It may say "press Enter for file". If it doesn't, press
F.
You will be asked what format you wish to use. Your first choice is
Ascii
text. Press Enter. You'll be asked for the place you want the file to
be
exported to. Select it, and then give the file name, and you will see
"computer Braille is required."
