Mary Ellen: First of all I don't recommend it, but this is the instructions. Each address list has an associated Keylist definition file that defines the files that are contained in an address record. The definition file for the standard "address list" may be found in the keylist folder and is named "address list". KLT." When you first enter details into the address list, an associated data-base volume is created within the Keylistddcdb" file that is stored in the keylist folder on flash disk. The entries you place in the address list are stored within this database file. >From the File Manager, copy the file named "address list" from the Keylist >folder on Flash Disk to the General folder on Flash disk. Use Keyword to open >the address list file you have copied into the general folder. Modify a file to be "phone list". This contains 33 lines of information. The syntax of each line will determine its function. The first line of the file contains the word "database" followed by the words "address list". We are creating a definition file called "phone list". Replace address with phone, leaving the word "database" at the start of line one. The second line contains the number "24", you'll leave this unchanged. Delete lines 16420, 16419. Place your cursor at the start of the line 14856. Use a top block marker. Position cursor to the number 24594. Delete block. When you are happy with the contents, exit the file, and from File Command Menu, rename it to "phone list". Don't worry if it has a message that there isn't anything associated with this. Copy the "phone list" definition file back into the Keylist folder. I would never erase my database, unless I misunderstand what you are saying. You wouldn't be able to send email if you don't have this database. If I totally misunderstood what you asked, I apologize for this long explanation..
