Instant messaging is outside of e-mail. It is a live text conversation
with another person or persons that you add to your contacts list. MSN
messenger is one such client for the regular computer. You type back and
forth which is why it is called instant, because as soon as you press
enter, the other person reads your message. This works well with screen
readers. I missed where it says the BN is getting messaging. Where does
