One day I turned on my BN and found it acting sluggish so I pressed the reset
button. When my BN came back up, and it did seem to take a bit longer than
usual, it told me that it had formatted my storage card. I didn't believe it
until I went to file manager and, sure enough, there was absolutely nothing on
my card. I immediately tried it in a card reader on a PC and got the same
results, no folders or files. Now, I'm not going to sit here and lambaste PDI
for this, I don't know why it did it, but I don't just automatically assume
that this is something built into KeySoft or that the formatting command can
simply be removed from the code. To clean up an oft used phrase, "stuff
happens". Now I know how valuable it is to always back up your data, as often
as you can!

heble good news! Did the bn want to format it or do anything odd or did you
just plug it in and go? Good site by the way thanks for posting it . I found
good info on it and will prrbably get my memory from there.
