Hello Richard:

I think you would want to delete the entire flash disk.  You need to connect
to your pc through active sync.  Through my computer or explorer, open the
mobile device or whatever it's called and highlight the flash disk and
delete.  You'll be asked several times this file is a read only are you sure
you want to delete and say yes.

Once this is complete, do a hard reset and follow the prompts.  It will be
like getting the unit from the factory and do the usual setup answering the
questions ETC.
