Hi Riana, Thanks. I'll forward this on. Actually, I think 5.1 is on the VN, one may have build 19, the BN may have build 22, but I'm guessing that doesn't matter. Anyway, thank you, it's much appreciated. Best Regards,

If the units both uses keysoft 5.1, or both uses a same previous version, use the backup function under the utilities menu to backup the keyplan folder on the vn's flashdisk to a cf card. Then restore the backup file from the card on the unit to which you wish to transfer the planner. If a prior version of keysoft runs on one of the systems, you would have to save the planner info in a document, as follows: press P from the Main Menu. At the prompt: Open planner: KeyPlan Menu, then O. Emboss planner: KeyPlan Menu, then E. Print planner: KeyPlan Menu, then P. When prompted: print or setup printer, go to set up printer if your chosen device to print to is something different than file. Choose f to print to a file and p to print. The result will be in the print to file.txt file in the none folder of the keysoft system disk. Save the latter in a txt file on a cf card and dump it on the other unit as a text document. If you have embossed instead of printed it, it would be in a Braille file.So save it as such on the new unit. Can this be accomplished, and if so, can you provide info on the procedure? Thanks. Best Regards, Les -- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus (http://www.grisoft.com).
