Hi, Richard,
Well, you did make the statement that Rog was prejudiced. It would be
pretty hard to disprove that he is not. In light of what I have been
reading, taking into account the very light response to the positive, I
would say that there are problems. However, since Rog tells us that he
never has problems doing the installation and setup, don't you think it
might be a good idea to just send your units to him and get them back in
great condition and ready to rock and roll? Sounds like a plan to me!

I have made no false statements.
I stated that I wasn't satisfied with the manner in which Humanware has
handled the upgrade policy.
I stated that you were a dealer.
If these statements are false, well...

Hi folks,
In replying to Richard ring and those who think just becuase I am a
dealer
for pulse data, I would not say anything bad about the braillenote.
They don't know me.
last year I stood up to Freedom Scientific and their products and stated
the trueth about one of their products, which my sources were from the
deparmtnet heads of FS and my own experiences owning their products.
I was terminated as a authorized dealer and they attempted to sue me for
supposedly causing them damages, but we settled out of court agreeing to
disagree how dealers address the trueth about the venders products.
I lost over $35,000 in income per year, from the selling of FS products,
but my princeples, values, and honesty mean more to me then money, and
I
look out for the end-user of products, who have limited funds.
So when I make comments about pulse data and their products, you can bet
it
is coming from personal opinions and not what pulse data or other
venders
want me to say or I feel they want me to say!
I haven't forgot where I came from and where I could end up again,
without
employment and very limited funds, so I try to present the best most
honest
opinions an dproducts at a very reasonable price.\
So please don't make false and outrageous statements, mr. Ring, unless
you
know the facts!
